Coaching Programs – Individuals

I put a strict limit on the number of clients with whom I have an engagement to not exceed fifteen at any time. This ensures an appropriate amount of attention and thought that I can reserve for each client.

The coaching agreements that I have with clients are based on the needs of the client – the issues they want to address. Some are comprehensive and typically last between six to twelve months; others are of a shorter nature and may focus on one or two career-related issues.

All client relationships are completely confidential.

In General . . .

  • We start with a one to two-hour discovery session – in person, by phone or zoom where we establish a firm foundation of knowledge of your background, values, career aspirations, issues of concern to you, and the like. The net result is a designed alliance upon which we agree that will cover the scope of our engagement and our working relationship.
  • If the client is interested in the mental fitness benefits of Positive Intelligence, we begin (at no additional cost) an OPTIONAL six-week course that is designed to build your mental strength to confront and silence the “saboteurs” that come between you and the ultimate performance and happiness that you seek. This six-week course will include participation with at least five other individuals with whom you will practice the principles of mental fitness contained in Positive Intelligence.
  • We then connect by phone or zoom chat every two weeks for 45-60 minutes. For each session we agree in advance on a topic; in between sessions we establish whatever kind of accountability and connection that the client needs.
  • We review the designed alliance at any time the client chooses to do so or, as is typical, every three months to ensure that we are on track and are creating value for and meeting the client’s needs.

One-Month Program

  • 1 completion session focusing on what you learned and how to use it to move forward.
  • 50% refund if not completely satisfied at the end of the one month.

Three-Month Program + Mental Fitness

  • One 1-2 hour discovery session
  • 6 weekly individual coaching sessions (45-60 min). You have the option of setting the frequency of these sessions as you wish, but they should be at least once every two weeks at a minimum.
  • The Positive Intelligence (PQ) mental fitness course. 6 weeks of daily mental fitness training including 4 daily 2-3 minutes app-based training exercises to help you develop the self-command needed for mental fitness focus. You will have full access to the source material that underlie the concepts, science and research that ground this program. (Many say that this program is life-changing)
  • 1 completion session focusing on what you learned and how to use it to move forward.
  • Full refund if not completely satisfied at the end of one month.
